Thirty-six-year-old Kenneth Parks Jr., of Huntingdon, was apprehended in Huntingdon Borough following an hours-long manhunt for an alleged attempted stabbing caught on surveillance video. Following his arrest on Monday, court records indicate Parks is jailed on charges including felony aggravated assault with bail set at $100,000. He is to face a preliminary hearing on April 1st.
