The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is informing drivers of lane restrictions and minor delays on Route 36 (Logan Boulevard) in Frankstown Township, Blair County, beginning next Monday, March 30th, as a resurfacing and drainage project gets underway. Drivers can expect short delays in the northbound lanes of Route 36 (Logan Boulevard) in Frankstown Township for drainage/pipe culvert replacement work from March 26th to April 10th.
