The filings, which follow a four-month legal lull, detail patient concerns over losing specialized local services, and the difficulty for elderly residents to navigate mail-order alternatives, pushing to return the case to Cambria County court. These latest documents come after nearly 4 months with no movement in this case, in federal court. Reportedly, attorneys have noted that a ruling is expected within the next month.
