On Saturday thousands took to the streets in Pennsylvania, including around 800 in Altoona, for another round of “No Kings” protests against President Trump. The aim of the marchers, many of whom were reportedly paid to protest in cities across the country, was to accuse President Trump of abuse of power. The event in Altoona was just one of over 3,000 that occurred throughout the nation. Reportedly, the rally in downtown Altoona did feature a small, verbal exchange with counter-protesters, with no serious problems having occurred. No Kings protests also occurred in both Johnstown and State College as well.
