An 18-year-old man was arrested in Johnstown yesterday afternoon after allegedly pepper-spraying a family of eight, including multiple juveniles. At least one adult and one child were hospitalized following the incident, and the suspect, Andrew Leak, now faces charges including simple assault and reckless endangerment. Leak is being held on $75,000 bail at the Cambria County Prison, with a preliminary hearing set for April 9th.
