Authorities have identified the driver involved in a fatal weekend crash in Cambria County that claimed the life of 17-year-old Carter Gallaher of Flinton, and left three others injured. Police report that 19-year-old Landon Gallaher was the driver, noting that he allegedly admitted to police, at the scene of the accident, that he he had consumed alcohol. Officials have not yet released an update on the medical conditions of the two remaining passengers. Information regarding formal charges against Landon Gallaher are expected to be released as the legal process moves forward. Carter Gallaher was a Senior at Glendale High School. State Police are continuing their investigation.
