Pollen levels are currently high across many parts of Pennsylvania, particularly in the western part of the state, and that’s according to Pollen.com, which released a map of pollen levels in each state. Here in the Central Pennsylvania region, tree pollen ranges from moderate to high, with conditions expected to remain high. With all of region seeing high pollen levels, those who suffer from allergies are encouraged to stay indoors with air conditioning on until pollen levels decrease in the coming weeks. It is also advised that those who suffer from allergies dust their homes, wash sheets regularly, and shower after being outdoors.
