Plans are underway to renovate the historic 150-year-old Bellefonte Train Station in Centre County, with funding being sought through a state grant to preserve the landmark, which serves as a tourism hub and local organizational space. The project aims to maintain the site, which has been in use since the late 1880s, and was revitalized for scenic tours in the 1980s. There is no word on the coast of the renovation. The grant application will be submitted before the end of this month.
