The Altoona Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an arson incident that occurred in the 1700 block of 20th Avenue early yesterday morning. A Good Samaritan was injured attempting to extinguish the fire, and investigators have released security footage of the suspect fleeing the scene.
