Conemaugh Valley High School, in Cambria County, has welcomed Jack, a trained nine-month-old yellow Labrador service dog, to support the mental health of students and staff. Funded by a state grant, and Cambria County Crime Stoppers, the dog is already reducing tension in the school environment, with another service dog expected to join the nearby Forest Hills School District within nine months.
