Pennsylvania is among the states named in a new report on sexual harassment claims at state capitols. The report says 5 of the 424 claims filed nationwide over the past 12 years came from Pennsylvania. State Representative Abby Major says one of those cases involved a former lawmaker she says sexually harassed her. Major says staffers and others are often afraid to come forward because they fear damage to their careers.
