The 2026 NFL Draft was the most heavily-attended in history. A record 805-thousand people visited the event in Pittsburgh over a three-day span. Day one itself saw record attendance of 320-thousand. The 2024 NFL Draft in Detroit held the previous record of 775-thousand fans in attendance. In the meantime, Pittsburgh Police report that very few crime related problems occurred during the event. Police made 20 arrestst and issued 18 non-traffic citations during the massive-three day draft. EMS reponded to nearly 230 calls, and transported 45 people to hospitals.
