Convicted murderer Brian Giles returned to court yesterday for a pre-trial hearing regarding his second homicide case. Giles, who was convicted in June 2024 for the death of his wife, Nancy, now faces charges for the alleged murder of his former girlfriend, Jilly Todaro. The District Attorney has until May 14 to submit all intended evidence, after which the defense will have two weeks to file objections. During the hearing, Giles requested a transfer to a state correctional facility, claiming mistreatment at the Cambria County Prison. His next court appearance is set for June 9th.
