A federal grand jury has indicted 34-year-old Johnstown resident Louie Guadalupe on six firearms-related charges, including the illegal manufacturing and sale of machine guns. The indictment follows a joint investigation by federal and local authorities, with prosecutors alleging Guadalupe sold illegal “Glock switch” attachments and firearms between March and April. If convicted, Guadalupe faces up to 15 years in prison.
