Cambria County authorities are investigating a targeted overnight shooting on Old Farm Lane in Richland Township as a retaliatory action connected to recent violence in Johnstown. While police say there is no danger to the general public, they are asking residents to review surveillance footage from early yesterday morning. Investigators are asking that any suspicious activity be reported to the Richland Police Department.
