Pittsburgh Zoo Welcomes New Lion Cub

The Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium is celebrating the birth of a lion cub.  The zoo says the female African lion cub was recently born to the zoo’s female Scarlett and male Hondo. The cub, which has not yet been named, will be introduced to the public later in the summer.  The zoo says it will likely host a naming contest for the baby.
