WTAJ reports that police arrested 28 year old Christopher Gunter of Altoona after a woman called police to tell them she had been raped. The report indicates that Gunter asked the woman if she wanted to play a game, to which she refused. Then Gunter entered a room completely naked and attacked the woman. She told police Gunter choked her and raped her. After the alleged attack, the victim said Gunter threatened to kill her if she told anyone. Police reported the victim had contusions on her neck and broken blood vessels around her eyes. He was arrested and charged with felony rape, strangulation and sexual assault. Gunter is locked up in the Blair County jail on $500,000 bail.
