The accident apparently occurred around 8 am yesterday at the intersection of Cross Cove road and the Woodbury Pike in Freedom Twp. Very few details have been released concerning the accident, but police did say that one of the vehicles involved did strike a house after impact. There was considerable damage to one of the vehicles and to the lawn of the house. One person was reported injured and was taken to a hospital. The freedom twp volunteer fire company responded and helped get some folks out of the vehicles who were trapped inside. The investigation continues.
