A report from Harrisburg indicates that the Dept of State is suing Berks, Lancaster and Fayette counties for allegedly not properly certifying their mail in vote tallies from the May 17th primary. The lawsuit brought by the State Dept along with the Wolf Administration is telling the 3 counties to certify, count and report all votes cast within 3 days. The suit claims that the counties in question are not in line with the other 64 counties that have counted and certified these mail in ballots that do not contain a handwritten date on them. The report says that many more democrats than republicans have voted by mail since the law to create no excuse voting was enacted.
