According to the Altoona Mirror, 36 year old Vasilios Penstas was sentenced to serve 12-30 years behind bars for the killing of Andrew Ozio after a drug deal apparently went bad. Penstas was charged with shooting Ozio in an alley on the 100 block of Crawford Avenue. Facts of the case indicate that Pentsas was upset over the quality of pot that ozio was selling him, and he refused to pay $400 for the drugs. Ozio allegedly beat a friend of Pentsas with a pipe, after he tried to collect the money. Pentsas then went to Ozio’s home and shot him 3 times. Pentsas pleaded guilty to several charges including homicide before sentencing.
