State police report that this accident occurred on Tuscarora Creek Road in Tell Twp. Police say that a 20 year old man was driving his ATV on the road when he reportedly crashed into a tractor. Huntingdon County Coroner Paul Sharum reported that the victim died at the scene as a result of blunt force trauma to his head. The death has been ruled accidental. The identity of the victim has not been released, pending notification of his family members. Police have no details concerning what caused the crash.
