A report in the Altoona Mirror indicates that a jury took less than 1 hour to convict Jeffrey Snaman for possessing some 124 videos and more than 1500 photos. His attorney said that there was child porn involved, but his client should not be held responsible. The attorney asked the jury who actually possessed the porn?, Trying to deflect the charges away from his client. Snaman testified on his own behalf, and told the jury that someone else was responsible for the images and videos. The prosecution will seek a long prison sentence for Snaman, claiming that the amount of photos and videos in his possession warrants a long sentence. Both sides were ordered by the court to present their sentencing briefs before November 8th.
