In a report by the Altoona Mirror from the Associated Press, Judge Renee Cohn Jubelirer ruled on Friday that Lancaster, Fayette and Berks counties are to count some 800 votes that were contested because they had no written dates on the envelopes. Judge Jubelirer ruled that the issue was a minor irregularity and sided with the Wolf administration in its challenge to the votes not being counted.
