A report by WTAJ indicates that the James E Van Zandt VA medical center will be offering a bivalent covid 19 booster shot today. A walk in clinic is set for today between 8am and 12 noon. The only requirement is that you must have completed a vaccine primary series of shots. This particular boosters is designed to give protection from both the original covid strain, and the latest omicron variants. The report stresses that you should get the booster as soon as you are eligible to receive one, with the last shot being two months ago.
