A report by WJAC indicates that both State and National Republican parties have filed suit in court to stop some ballots from being counted because they may not have an a written date on the envelopes. The law requires a date to be written on the envelopes, according to republicans, but Pennsylvania counted those ballots without the dates. Democrats say that this is a tactic to suppress voters and deny their civil rights to vote. The report also said that nearly 1.2 million Pa voters requested a mail in ballot, with Nearly 80% of them being democrats. The lawsuit sits before the Pa Supreme Court.
