WJAC reported that authorities have arrested and charged 56 year old Robert Ostrander who once lived in Cambria County, was arrested at his home in New York for allegedly sexually abusing 2 teenage girls in the early 2000’s. Ostrander told police that he was just playing around, and that the physical nature of the incidents was just wrestling or rough housing. Police say that both Ostrander and the victims were all Jehovah’s witnesses, and one of the girls is listed as a relative of Ostrander’s. He is locked up in the Cambria County jail. 3 other men have been arrested in this case.
