WTAJ reports that police in Tyrone arrested 43 year old James McAleer and charged him with stealing lottery tickets from the Puff Super Value store sometime between February and June 2021. The reports indicates that all of the tickets in question were activated while McAleer was working at the store, and he was seen on video activating the tickets. 10 packs of tickets were reportedly activated, and stolen. The tickets had a value of $4800. McAleer was also caught on a convenience store video cashing in some of the winning tickets, which matched pa lottery information regarding the stolen tickets.
