A report by WJAC indicates that charges have been filed against 52 year old William Richardson of Claysburg with repeatedly sexually attacking a 10 year old boy for 2 years. The report indicates that the victim told police that Richardson was drunk all the time, and that he physically attacked him by throwing him against walls and hitting him with a belt. The victim then told police that Richardson allegedly forced the boy to perform sex acts, and he would also abuse him while he slept. The victim also reportedly told police that he saw Richardson sexually abuse a young girl. Richardson is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault of a child, making terroristic threats and intimidation. He is locked up in the Blair County jail on $250,000 bail.
