A report by WJAC indicates that 36 year old Shawn Soupart of Houtzdale, has confessed to police about giving drugs to James Mosley back in July. Soupart admitted during questioning that he gave the drugs to Mosley, and that he later died from a fentanyl overdose. Mosely’s body was found in a house on West Hanna Street on July 13th. Soupart was nabbed by police during a controlled drug buy, and he was also wanted for a PFA violation. He is charged with involuntary manslaughter and is in the Clearfield County jail on $200,000 bail.
