The Altoona Mirror reports that police have charged 56 year old Michael Geiger for allegedly providing xylazine and fentanyl to Zachariah Coccia of Bellwood back in November. Geiger is alleged to have given Coccia the drugs after Coccia’s grandmother picked him up from work and they stopped at a house on 4th avenue where Geiger allegedly gave him the drugs. Police say they found numerous wax paper bags in Coccia’s bedroom, along with other drug paraphenalia. Geiger is charged with drug delivery resulting in death, reckless endangerment and possession of a controlled substance. He is being held in the Blair County jail on $750,000 cash bail.
