According to a report by WJAC, police have charged 29 year old James Surovec with calling 911 dispatch 24 times over several days, to complain about police controlling his mind. Surovec is accused of telling dispatchers that police were using something called “pegasus” and using some type of neuroweapon to control his mind. Surovec also reportedly tod 911 that police were trying to hack into his internet router. Officers say that Surovec may have been intoxicated at the time. He is behind bars, charged with 24 counts of harassment of 911.
