According to a report by WJAC, authorities have charged 24 year old Ryan Clouser of Bellefonte with allegedly stealing an undetermined amount of cash from the downtown State College post office. The report suggests that the alleged thefts took place during the holiday season in December. Clouser is accused of stealing money from various pieces of mail including letters, cards and packages. No other details were released. Clouser’s arraignment is scheduled for tomorrow in Williamsport.
