WJAC reports that state police in Bedford have arrested and charged 26 year old Jenny Javier with trying to purchase prescription drugs while posing as a worker in a doctor’s office. Troopers say that Javier was trying to purchase the pills at Fisher’s Pharmacy in Bedford Twp on Saturday. She told police that she was getting the drugs for someone named Michelle Adams, but knew no such person. Javier called in the script under the name of a local doctor and claimed to work for him. Javier is charged with forgery to obtain a controlled substance and unlawful act/not licensed as a pharmacist. She is locked up in the Bedford County jail.
