WCRO, 1230 kHz, Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and FM translator station W275CV, 102.9 MHz,
Johnstown, Pennsylvania, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission for
consent to an assignment of the station’s authorization to Lightner Communications LLC.
