WJAC reported that state police arrested 27 year old Dylon Gardner was arrested and charged with a break in at Zmac’s Riverside pub in Hollidaysburg last September. Police report that Gardner was caught on video, breaking into the building through a side door, then stole the machine that reportedly contained $12,000. Police say they later found the machine destroyed and covered by spray paint in a wooded area near the business. Gardner was picked up after he was caught riding a dirt bike that was also covered with the same spray paint. Gardner is charged with theft, burglary, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief. Bail was set at $100,000.
