In a report by WTAJ, Sen. Judy Ward of Blair County says she is not happy that the budget will cut funding for the Pennsylavnia award student success program known as “PASS”. Sen. Ward says that the governor has lessened the chances for many students with this budget for improvement in their education process, and said that Shapiro and Democrats have now left many chIldren behind in the education process. Ward criticized Shaprio and the Democrats, saying that this veto of funding for the PASS program will leave may students further behind in schools that already are failing them.
