A report by WJAC indicates that the state Wine and Spirits store located in Houtzdale has lost its lease, and will be closing for good tomorrow. Through a press release, the state did not put out any more information, except to say that the store will be offering all of its remaining inventory at 50% off during its final two days of business. The only detail given for the closing is that the landlord of the store decided to terminate the lease with the state, thus forcing the closure.
