A story by WTAJ indicates that Huntingdon County authorities discovered dozens of cats during a search of a property last Friday. All of the animals had to be taken to the local humane society for care, and the shelter manager said that they have no room for all of the cats. The number of cats is more than 100, where the shelter is equipped to care for about 80. The shelter has become suddenly overcrowded, and these animals are in need of adoptive homes. Police did not release details as to why there were sent to the residence, or who the owner is.
