WJAC reported that authorities have charged 38 year old Angela Ricketts for giving several other inmates drugs whole she was locked up at the Clearfield County jail back in July. Police say that Ricketts had smuggled in three bags of drugs, apparently laced with Fentanyl into the jail. Three women who were given drugs overdosed, and one died as a result. Ricketts is charged with drug delivery resulting in death and several other felony and misdemeanor offenses. Ricketts remains locked up at the county jail, following her arraignment yesterday..
