In a report out of Harrisburg, lawmakers have introduced legislation that would hopefully take down would be looters in the wake of the massive looting that took place last month in Philadelphia. The bill came about after some 20 liquor stores in the Philly area were broken in to and looted in September. The bill also has protections for employees who may be affected. The bill would also go after people who use social media, in particular Facebook, to organize people to go out and loot stores and businesses. One rep. Said that using Facebook was a major reason why people went looting, caused riots and committed crimes. The bill is aimed at preventing lawlessness, and to create a curfew for those who are under aged.
