WTAJ reported that police arrested 51 year old Albert Washington III after he reportedly got into an argument with a neighbor of his. Police say that Washington returned home on Beale avenue Wednesday afternoon, and walked over to the unidentified neighbor and began to argue. Once that started, the neighbor began recording Washington on a cellphone. Police say Washington grabbed the person inside the home, and pulled that person outside, then threatened to harm that person with a knife. Washington told the victim to delete the video while holding a knife to the victims neck. Washington is charged with making terroristic threats, burglary, removing data, disorderly conduct, possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault and harassment.
