An Altoona woman has pled guilty for her involvement in a theft ring targeting Walmart Stores. Police say 38 year old Tammi Koch was arrested last December after she returned to the Clearfield Walmart. She reportedly was a part of a larger investigation into numerous thefts at Walmart’s thru-out the state. Two others involved in the theft ring have been identified as 44 year old Travis Chichy and 48 year old Bridget Rezac, both from Altoona. Earlier this week, Koch was sentenced in Clearfield County Court to 12 months to three years in state prison for felony counts of conspiracy and numerous other charges. According to a criminal complaint, stealing appeared to be her main source of income.
