Legendary sports broadcaster Bob Costas is to visit Johnstown on Friday February 2nd and Saturday February 3rd for the Tomahawks hockey games. Early in his career, the 71 year old Emmy winner called the Syracuse Blazers games against the Johnstown Jets. Costas reportedly placed a call to the Tomahawks ticket office saying he wanted to come to the games to show his son where he got his start. The games will be occurring during the Johnstown Hockey Heritage Weekend.
