A Bedford County man has been arrested following an investigation into allegations he was sending sexually explicit messages to a ten year old girl. Arrested was 18 year old Gabriel Martin who allegedly sent the messages to the child thru Snapchat. Authorities say the girl told them that Martin never touched her inappropriately but they did hold hands in public on occasion. Police say when they questioned Martin he told them he thought the girl was between 14-16 years of age. Martin was arraigned yesterday on charges of disseminating sexually explicit material to a minor, unlawful contact with a minor, and corruption of minors. He is being held in the Bedford County Prison in lieu of $65,000 bail.
