Authorities have charged a 20 year old Philipsburg man after he used an app to contact and later sexually assault a 12 year old girl. Dylan McClintock has been charged with rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, among other related offenses. Police in Northern York County say the child’s parents reported her missing on May 27th. After searching for hours, officers say the father of the child noticed his missing daughter exit a Hyundai Sonata, owned by McClintock. Authorities say McClintock convinced the child to send him nude photos of herself and was able to lure her to sneak out of her home to meet him. Once the 12 year old got into his car he drove her to a parking lot, in West Manchester Township, York County, where he allegedly raped her. McClintock was arrested on Tuesday and is currently in the Centre County Prison.
