If you received a text from the Pennsylvania Turnpike Toll Services, authorities are warning, it’s a scam. The texts are warning drivers if their overdue balance isn’t settled, additional charges will be added. According to the Turnpike Commission, the aim behind the scam is to get users to share their personal financial information. Similar scams have cropped up in the past. If you receive such a text, do not open the link.
