A Johnstown man is behind bars again, this time in Blair County, after police say he sent thousands of threatening messages to a woman he previously abducted and held captive. 34 year old Robert Stevenson-Watts was arrested four years ago after authorities say he kidnapped a woman and held her in an attic of a condemned home in Cambria County. Now, Altoona Police say he is facing new charges after he allegedly sent numerous text messages and emails to the kidnapping victim, threatening to harm both she and her husband. Stevenson-Watts reportedly messaged her over 4,000 times.  Stevenson-Watts was arraigned last week on numerous charges including making terroristic threats, and retaliation against a victim/witness. He is currently in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $200,000 bail.
