Authorities have found the body of the Pennsylvania woman who disappeared down a sinkhole. Elizabeth Pollard vanished last Monday while looking for a missing cat in Unity Township southeast of Pittsburgh. For several days crews had been searching for the 64-year-old grandma at the site of an abandoned mine. On Wednesday, police said the operation turned into a recovery effort, and on Friday, excavators reached the spot where Pollard’s body was found.
