A Job Fair is taking place today at the Jaffa Shrine on Broad Avenue here in Altoona. The event is sponsored by PA Career Link of Blair County. With 85-plus employers actively hiring, this event is a must for anyone looking to launch a new career. The event runs from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 this afternoon, with early access for veterans from 9:30 to 10:00 this morning. Job seekers will be given a chance to explore on-the-spot interviews, network with hiring managers, and gain insight into available career opportunities.
