Two people are dead and one was injured after a multi-vehicle crash in Centre Township, Indiana County over the weekend. Pennsylvania State Police said a GMC SUV, driven by 57-year-old Daniel Ryan, who was killed in the accident, was traveling at a high rate of speed on Warren Road, when it traveled into the opposite lane. The vehicle crashed into a Ford Focus and then continued to travel east before hitting a Toyota head-on. The driver of the Toyota was pronounced dead at the scene, and he has been identified as 34-year-old Nathan Blystone. A female passenger in the Toyota sustained serious injuries and was transported to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Sadly her unborn child was pronounced dead due to the crash. An investigation continues.
